-Language!:  This fast-paced class is designed to improve student’s understanding of the foundations of the English language: reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, grammar and speaking.   The curriculum for this class revolves around a unit based textbook called Language! (This class uses Books E and F.)

In addition to the lessons in the textbook, we also do daily creative and academic writing activities and read from a novel.

-English 11:  English 11 is Junior level English. This class will broaden student’s horizons, as they read, analyze and respond to literature from around the world. 

Grammar  and vocabulary building  activities will move students towards creating thoughtful, polished, and powerful pieces of writing.

-Native American Literature:  This reading-intensive class will celebrate authors with Native American heritage.  Readings will span modern and traditional pieces from Alaska, Hawaii, and the lower 48.
