In Germany there are a lot of sights, places to go, and fun things to do. From hiking in the Black Forest to traveling all around the county by train. From Famous authors to religions, Germany is so important in Europe.

The Black Forest was named for its fir trees that make it look scary. Germany used to be covered by thick oaks and birch. The flower dogs mercury is a precious looking flower that grows at higher altitudes than most flowers. Wild cats are one of some rare animals in Germany because they are hunted for their fur. Wild cats mainly live near the Czechoslovakian border in the Harz mountains. They are trying to protects animals from acid rain pollution which is a big issue in Germany.

Germany is a favorite tourist spot. They have wide rivers for fishing and forests for hiking. Germany also has green pretty valleys for picnics and other social activities.

Germany is a busy place because of their exports and imports which they try to get the items to other places as soon as possible. Transportation is a big thing in Germany. People ride bikes, walk, take the bus and drive cars. Germany has 13 airports and a railroad that travels throughout the country. Water ways are a very important transportation. One of these major water ways is Elbe River Mittelland.

Germans speak a wide variety of languages. "Low" known to us as English, Dutch and Norwegian. "High" includes Swedish and Danish.

Some Famous writers are German. Thomas Mann was one of these famous writers he was a conservative philosopher writer with classical taste. Bertolt Brecht was someone who wrote poems, plays, and stories. Herman Hesse introduced western style into Germany.
Germany is a very important place in Europe's development and culture. Bach and Beethoven were an influence to music in Germany. Albert Einstein made people awe in amazement with his theory of relativity. In Germany cars are prized for their beauty.

Germany has different religions just like any other country. Germany's Lutheran church has 28.2 million members. The Roman or Catholic Church has 27.9 million members. The roman Catholic church has become very powerful in the empire. In the 16th century a movement passed about a reformation that was started to help build up the Catholic church.

Germany has been a contribution to culture and development in Europe. Tourists come to Germany to watch the animals and write about there habitats. At some religious churches they talk different languages. Transportation is a big issue in Germany. Overall, Germany is a very exciting country filled with wondrous things.
