Common Name: Pacific Halibut
 Scientific Name: Hippoglossus stenolepis
 Report and Illustration By: Erik
It looks like a smashed fish. The halibut is related to the flounder. The halibut has no scales, but the flounder does. The halibut can go under water about two hundred to three hundred feet. Their color is like a darkish green. The Pacific halibut has two cheeks just like we do. It has no fur at all. The Pacific halibut diet is cod, turbot and pollock. It is a bottom feeder.
