Application process:

Complete application packet and turn in to ACSA.

You may submit it in person, or mail it to PO Box 931 Nome, AK 99762.

If mailed, it must be postmarked by April 30, 2008 to be included in the first lottery drawing.
After April 30th, applications will be processed for a lottery to be held in August.
