Patriots love their country, the United States. Patriots risk their lives for others, including neighbors, family, and friends. Also, they may risk everything for people in other countries. They fight for democracy in Iraq and do peacekeeping missions in Korea. They are our soldiers, our heroes.

Soldiers do everything within their power to help those in need. They were there to restore peace after hurricane Katrina and after the earthquake in Pakistan. The soldiers also help with regular everyday situations like offering to help clean up around the town, build new buildings, or repair buildings that have been damaged.

In the end, I believe soldiers are America's patriots. They actually volunteer to risk their lives for us all and help keep law and order in our country. I for one , am very thankful.
