The book takes place in the future. The year is 2057. The main character is Aurora Borealis Williams.

Aurora has everything that she could possibly want. She's in the popular group at school, which is called the Turnips, she has a gorgeous boyfriend named Matthew, and her best friend Juna Jamison is famous. Her life is like heaven, until she receives the shocking news from her parents, "We're moving to the moon!"

Aurora's perfect life seems to fall apart, as she's being forced to move a million miles from all of her friends and family. She wants so much not to go that she starts missing her friends before they even move! Aurora is making a list to see what possible ways she could get her parents to leave her on earth with her Grandma Jennifer and Grandpa Josh. But, nothing works.

How will Aurora survive on the moon without malls or music? What if there are no cute boys her age on the moon? Will, Aurora go into depression in her new habitat, or will she learn that there's more to life than boys and shopping sprees? Read the book if you want to know the answer.

I liked this book because it can teach you about how to cope with moving far away from your friends and former life. I recommend this book to ten years old and over.
